It is important to get a good night's sleep. A full 7 hours of uninterrupted sleep is recommended for women. It is good for your body, mind, and soul. If you have trouble falling asleep, it is suggested that you lay still without moving. Movement will interrupt the body and the mind's relaxation and you will have to start all over again. Do not watch television in bed it makes for unrestful sleep. Also, if you experience unrestful sleep and you tend to get up in wee hours of the morning with a list of to-do's running through your mind -- keep a pen and paper by your bedside.
